Habiter nos corps
Habiter nos corps
Caroline Arbour has been a physiotherapist dedicated to perineal and pelvic health for almost 15 years. Every day, she meets women who have always been told that it's normal to be in pain.
Driven by the conviction that the opposite is true, she has written this book, which is part essay, part manifesto and part support guide. She unravels the workings of this pain and its normalisation, exploring its scientific, historical, cultural and emotional foundations, as well as offering touching patient stories and practical exercises.
