Delivery

All shipments will be posted within a maximum of 7 to 10 business days. This timeframe allows us to retrieve any items that may be located at one of our various points of sale and to perform a quality check before shipping. Please note, however, that our shipments are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

In Canada, shipping is free for orders of $175 or more before taxes. The shipping rate is a flat rate of $12 for Quebec and Ontario, and $16 for the rest of Canada. Local delivery by bicycle is free for orders of $100 or more before taxes. For orders under this minimum, the fee is $7. By entering your shipping address, you will see if local delivery is available to you.

For the time being, our shipments to the United States are on hold due to increased shipping costs and tariffs.

For the rest of the world, the price is fixed at $50.

Packaging

Our packaging materials are recyclable and our tape is fiberglass-free. We offer our Canadian customers the option of reusable packaging for $3.50. Pickpack (except for ceramics and other fragile or large items). Once you receive your order, simply affix the included prepaid return label and drop off your package. Pickpack from a Canada Post mailbox. The package will then be sterilized by the team at Pickpack to be reused!

During checkout, you'll have the option to indicate if you don't need the labels. We'll reuse them; we have a washable and reusable labeling system that allows us to avoid wasting labels! Our labels are made from cotton scraps from the textile industry. We minimize waste, right down to the details.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within ten days of receiving your package. You must send a notification to info@atelier-b.ca to obtain return authorization. Items must be unworn, and the package must include your name and order number. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, while atelier b will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. A store credit may be issued; no refunds will be given.

Sale items, patterns, masks and underwear are final sale.

Price

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices shown on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping or taxes. Taxes are charged based on your location. The final price (including applicable taxes and shipping) will be displayed before you enter your payment information and will also be shown in your order confirmation email.

Sezzle

We've added the option to pay for your order in installments via the Sezzle app. You'll first need to create an account on their platform and obtain usage rights. option offers more flexibility and can allow you to plan your purchases according to your budget.

Orders paid for through the Sezzle app are subject to the same policies. No refunds; store credit is available for returns that comply with our policies and are not eligible for exchange. The customer remains responsible for all payments, even after a return has been made.

Stock availability

Atelier B keeps its inventory up to date. If an item's availability changes, you will receive an email informing you of the change and providing the item's availability date or offering alternative options.
