Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days at the latest. This timeframe allows us to retrieve an item that may be at one of our various retail locations and conduct a quality check before shipping. Please note, however, that our orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days on average.

In Canada, shipping is free for orders of $175 before taxes or more. The shipping rate is fixed for Quebec and Ontario: $12. Rest of Canada: $16. Local bike delivery is free for orders of $175 before taxes or more. For orders that do not meet this minimum, the fee is $7. When you enter your shipping address, you will find out if the local delivery option is available to you.

We are happy to once again offer shipping to the United States! Due to recent changes to U.S. customs duties, our prices for the United States have been adjusted to include applicable customs duties. These fees are covered by atelier b, so you will not have to pay any additional customs duties upon delivery. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our Montreal workshop.

For the rest of the world, the rate is fixed at $50.

Packaging

Our packaging materials are recyclable and our tape is fiberglass-free. We offer our Canadian customers the option to have reusable Pickpack packaging for $3.50 (except for purchases of ceramics and other fragile or oversized items). Once you receive your order, simply apply the included prepaid return label and drop your Pickpack packaging in a Canada Post mailbox. The packaging will then be sanitized by the Pickpack team for reuse!

When checking out, you will have the option to indicate if you do not need the labels. We will then reuse them, as we have a washable and reusable identification system that allows us to avoid wasting labels! Our labels are made from cotton scraps from the textile industry. We avoid waste down to the last detail.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within ten days of the date you receive the package. An email must be sent to info@atelier-b.ca to obtain return authorization. Items must be unworn, and the package must include your name and order number. For exchanges, the return shipping fees are at the customer's expense, and atelier b covers the cost of shipping the second item. A credit may be applied; no refunds.

Sale items, patterns, masks, and underwear are final sale.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. The prices listed on the page and in the cart do not include shipping fees or taxes. Taxes are charged based on your location. The final price (including taxes, if applicable, and shipping fees) will be displayed before you enter your payment information and will also be displayed in your confirmation email.

Sezzle

We have added the option to pay for your order in installments via the Sezzle app. You must first create an account on their platform and obtain permission to use it. This option offers more flexibility and can allow you to plan your purchases according to your budget.

Orders paid via the Sezzle app are subject to the same policies. No refunds; a store credit is available for returns without exchanges that comply with our policies. The customer remains responsible for paying the installments, even after making a return.

Stock Availability

atelier b keeps inventory up to date. If an item's availability has changed, you will receive an email to inform you and provide the item's availability date or offer you other options.
