Montloup capsule
Capsule collection created following an invitation from Lila Rousselet, the founder of Montloup, a Montreal-based company that creates and designs knitted fabrics in Canada. Lila wanted to showcase the most ethical and responsible fibers available. The designs are made from Foxfibre® naturally colored organic cotton knits. The cotton is sourced from Sally Fox's Viriditas Farm, based in California. Sally is a pioneer in the production of organic colored cotton and a global leader in sustainable agriculture. Foxfibre® is a registered trademark she developed. The wool comes from Lani Estill, who owns Lani's Lana, a company based in Northern California. Rambouillet wool is very similar to merino wool in its quality and softness. The botanical dyeing is done by Marie-Eve Dion of Marie-Les-Bains, located in Eastman, Quebec. It is an honor for us to work with these women who make our industry move forward!
