Exchanges are accepted within ten days of the date of receipt of the package. Notification must be sent to info@atelier-b.ca for return authorization. Items must be unworn and the package must include your name and order number. For exchanges, shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense, and atelier b is responsible for shipping costs for the second item. A credit may be applied, no refund.
Sale items, masks and underwear are final sale.
Our products are guaranteed against any defects or premature wear. Quality and durability are paramount to us and we work hard to offer you the best. If you have any problems with the quality of any of our items, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All items will be posted within a maximum of 7 to 10 working days. These times allow us to recover an item that may be in one of our various outlets and to carry out a quality check before dispatch. Please note, however, that our average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
