Shipping policy

All shipments will be mailed within 7 to 10 business days. These delays allow us to retrieve an item that could be in one of our different points of sale and to proceed with a quality control before shipping. However, please note that on average your order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

In Canada, delivery is free for orders of 150$ before taxes and more. The shipping rate is fixed for Quebec and Ontario: 10$. Rest of Canada: 15$. For local delivery by bicycle, the fee is 6$. By entering your shipping address, you will know if the local delivery option is available to you.

In the United States, free shipping is available on orders of $250 and more. The delivery rate is fixed at $25.

For the rest of the world, the rate is fixed at $55.
