Roche papier citalopram

$16.00

Before taking citalopram, I analyzed my childhood traumas through psychotherapy. It helped, but it didn't get rid of my anxiety disorder. And I found it strange, when I was at my lowest point and saw my family doctor for a prescription for antidepressants, that he didn't refer me to a psychiatrist. Four years later, I wondered how it could be so easy to get pills to cure your mental health without even being evaluated by a mental health expert.

Sara Hébert , a collage artist and writer also known as Madame Bijou, has co-authored a hybrid literary essay with Roche papier citalopram, exploring the strange relationship between mental health and capitalism. Tenderly parodying the famous Reader's Digest, she offers an intimate reflection on the spiritual lifelines our societies provide in the face of certain personal and collective vulnerabilities, and on the commodification of well-being. She candidly discusses her own anxiety disorder, the alternative medicines used by her parents, the history of modern medication, and, through humor and hilarious collages, attempts to dismantle the shame that too often accompanies mental health issues. Questioning life in an offbeat, audacious, and well-researched way, the text will be published in the "Brûlot" collection.

about our fabrics

For the past 12 years, we've been experimenting and refining our processes to work with the best natural fibers available. We select our materials for their durability, comfort, aesthetic properties, and the conditions in which they were produced. We prioritize suppliers located near our workshop. Many of our jerseys and knits are made in Canada, while some woven fabrics come from the United States. For more specialized materials, we work with Japan and certain European countries (mainly Italy and northern countries). It is essential for us to ensure that workers' conditions are fair, and the best way to be sure is to choose countries that have a charter of individual rights that resembles ours!
